in case of Ori it runs natively on 4k 120hz so it is just getting downsampled, 60fsp mode is rendered in 6k if I remember it correctly Plus Sensor, HDMI, Display Port, Speaker - Metallic Grey 2.5K: Samsung LC27JG56QQUXEN 27" Curved Gaming Monitor - WQHD 2560x1440, 144Hz, Freesync, 2x HDMI, DisplayPort

Choosing between 4K 60Hz and 1440p 120Hz is a personal decision that depends on your individual priorities and hardware capabilities I think I'd be happy with 4K at 60Hz with lot of the extra horsepower going to visuals for story based games but would prefer the extra responsiveness of 120Hz for multiplayer and racing games. I have a swift and a 60hz 1440p ips at my desk if I want to do desktop apps, photo editing, better gaming sessions, etc.
Best 120Hz 4K monitors TechRadar. 1440p 120hz or 1440p 144hz is a nice compromise between 1080p and 4k in case of Ori it runs natively on 4k 120hz so it is just getting downsampled, 60fsp mode is rendered in 6k if I remember it correctly
Yes, the PS5 supports 120hz 1440p, with HDR. r/playstation. They are big tv displays though so aren't suitable for desk scenarios imo My LG OLED B9 does 1440p/120 & 4K/60 with HDMI2.0 devices and with PS5,XSX.
